Ballet Barre and Mat 28395A
Fulfill your fantasy about being a ballet dancer without any stress. This is a non-threatening beginne barre class designed to strenghten and stretch. We begin at the barre and follow with a half hour of floor exercises. Bring your own mat. Wear regular socks, ballet slippers or socks with grips.
