Fly Fishing 28725A

This is a course in general fly fishing, focused on freshwater, specifically trout fishing; but it will also cover some warm water fishing as well as having a session on saltwater fly fishing. We will cover fly casting, dry fly, nymph and strreamer fishing, tying knots, leaders, rods, reels, fly flines, accessories, fishing techniques, fish locations and habits, saltwater fly fishing tackle and techniques, as well as where to fish localy. At the end of the course, we'll go fishing.

Mark Sedotti is an innovator in flies, fly tying, fly casting, Northeast saltwater fishing and streamer fishing for trout. He has written many articles for various fishing publications, was Fly Casting columnist for Saltwater Fly Fishing Magazine and is currently Fly Fishing columnist for The Fisherman Magazine. He is considered one of the finest fly casters in the world. This is his 32nd year teaching Fly Fishing for Greenwich Adult and Continuing Ed.
