Getting started with Tai Chi 18400A

This class starts with core movements that become more advanced and transformative with improvement. A relaxed upright posture, catlike weighting and unweighting of steps and calm breathing are hallmarks of the Tai Chi approach. Simple movements, well-practiced, improve joint flexibility, rootedness, mental sharpness and health.

Will Morrison has studied with Ed Young since 1981, a senior student of Professor Cheng Man Ching, who popularized the Yang Style Tai Chi in the 1960s and 70s. Additionally, he is a certified Tai Chi Fundamentals instructor.

This class will be meeting through Zoom.
